How to Lose Weight Fast

To further elaborate I started lifting weights, stretching, jogging and running as almost every guide on how to lose weight fast recommends daily and regular exercise. I also tried most of other exercises you can think of and I can do. All this worked wonders for few days but all this did not worked for long as I was not loosing weight after ten pounds even if I did double the exercise. Those ten pounds seemed nowhere in my big belly as I was overweight.
I was overstressed when I realized that the beach days are near and I will have to show this unusual body shape of mine in front of those slim figures. I always had a dream of wearing bikini on a beach but every time I tried so all people looked at my belly with a wicked smile on their face. I was looking for almost any idea to get rid of this problem faster to go on beach with a confidence.
You can also consult health experts but I would like to tell you that they are not of much help. Now this is the main problem that you dont have someone to listen and find cure to your problem. Due to this some people try to cure themselves with inadequate knowledge and land in more troubles. So you must not try any method without consulting your doctor as he or she can understand whether what you are thinking to do would be of any help or not. I have not given up and am still looking for some method that could help me to lose my weight faster.
