Drink milk only if you want to stay thin
Do not drink milk before going to sleep, or do not drink milk at all. You are wrong if you think that drinking milk can help you gain weight. The same goes for those who tried a 'gain weight diet' by drinking milk yet meeting with failure. This is because milk will lower your appetite. Thus, drinking milk is really for those who seek to lose weight instead.
The Dinner menu
Consume more fish and vegetables. Vegetables contain minerals while fish contain lots of protein. Minerals are essential as a substance for balance and protein as a substance for growth. Minerals help the body absorb protein and increase the protein efficiency ratio (PER). A combination of both in the menu will help by increasing the protein in the body for the generation of growth cells. Extra protein will be converted into fat while vitamins and minerals will be excreted by the body. Thus, a dinner menu of fish and vegetables is recommended.

Snacking
Snacking is an easy way to gain weight fast. For rounder people, this could be a norm that has to be curbed to halt obesity. Snacking is caused when you feel hungry often. If you wish to gain weight, snacking may help you achieve your goal as long as snacking does not stop your desire for eating the main meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Gain weight by increasing your appetite
Increasing your appetite means eating just about anything from a state of not eating much. The regularity of eating will increase your stomachs capacity to receive more food. The feeling of constant hunger will make you snack more in-between meals thus making you gain weight.
Increasing your appetite is important to help you gain weight. Appetite increases when a variety of delicious looking snacks and meals are served before you. If facing these appetite-inducing delicious array of food does not whet your appetite still, you may need several supplements or pills to enhance your appetite. Consuming the right pills or supplements may help increase your appetite thus making you hungry often and most likely having to refuse the offer of food very hard indeed. This ultimately, helps you to gain weight faster.
