1) Keep in mind that there have over 13 types of hoodia plants, but only hoodia gordonii species have appetite-suppressing effect, which will helps you in weight loss. What I means here is: dont simply buy the product with label '100% natural hoodia'. Of course it is 100% natural hoodia but what type of hoodia is it? Is it 'hoodia gordonii'? :)
2) There are many hoodia plantations around the world trying to grow their own extracts, but not all hoodia gordonii extracts are alike. The only true 100% pure hoodia gordonii extract come from the kalahari desert in South Africa, and its the premium extract that is used in Hoodia x57. When select a hoodia product, make sure that the sources of ingredient is come from kalahari desert in South Africa.
3) Some of Hoodia product are prepares from the whole plants. The hoodia gordonii plant has fibrous material, skin, leaves, flowers, etc... , which has no active ingredient to assist in weight loss. The active ingredient is found in its core. Its better that the product you buy is prepared by concentration, like 10:1 that means 10 grams of plant was used to prepare 1 gram of Hoodia Gordonii powder to fill pills and capsules. In additional, make sure its pure that it has no Enhedra, no caffeine, and no Ephedrine.
