Ethnic Low Carb Recipes

Many people also think that because they are going low carb that they cant enjoy any ethnic food. This is simply not the case. If you are careful with your carb counting there are plenty of delicious ethnic dishes that you can eat that are all low carb friendly.
Thai food maybe one such ethnic food that you crave. Sure you cant eat the rice or noodles but you can whip up a delicious beef or chicken satay. Just make sure you use Splenda instead of brown sugar and also ensure that the peanut butter that you use is sugar free.
Feel like Indian? A Palak Paneer, which is essentially Spinach and Cheese, is one of my favourite dishes and best of all you get a break from meat for a meal.
Finally if you miss having Chinese try cooking Mabo Tofu a tantalising combination of tofu and beef in a mild Chinese sauce. But, like the satay, watch the sugar and use a corn starch low carb alternative in you are in an induction phase.
Using a bit of imagination and getting a couple of good low carb recipe books your low carb dieting can be lot more interesting and enjoyable then you might perhaps think.
