Your lifestyle must be active. In example you are always using lift in office, now try to use ladder. Just change your lifestyle, be active. Whatever you do, you always have options. When you choose to be not 'lazy' anymore in doing things, it will speed up your metabolism. The more active your lifestyle the more likely you are to have a quick metabolism and lose weight. Simple.

Your metabolism will control your weight. Then speed up your metabolism right now, what are you waiting for? You need to be active. And dont forget, you need to do exercises. Exercise does speed the metabolism up. The more active your lifestyle the more likely you are to have a quick metabolism and lose weight. You maybe cannot get into a highly active lifestyle in one night (no one can) but with patience, you will achieve it one day. Just relax, you need to be active but do not push yourself.

Eat healthy foods. I always bored when I tell everyone about this. Eat vegetables and fruits. It is very important for your health. I know it is hard to resist tasty foods, vegetables and fruits maybe not tasty, but they are very good for your body. You want to change, dont you? Then eat them. Be sure to eat a variety of foods, including plenty of vegetables, fruits, and whole grain products. You cant live a life without them. Oh you can, but you will gain weight and never live a healthy life in the long run.

Go a week without eating vegetables and fruits, you will see that you actually need them. Everyone should eat 10 servings of veggies per day. Maybe you have had that pounded into your head while you were at school but it is true that we need them.

Also you need low-fat dairy products, lean meats, poultry, fish, and legumes. Drink lots of water and do not eat or drink salt, sugar, alcohol, and saturated fat too much. You will need to stop thinking tasty foods, from now, think only about healthy foods. What caused you to be fat are tasty foods, dont you realize that? Wake up then.
