When you exercise aerobically, you can burn body fat. Aerobics also help your cardiovascular system. Get your heart rate up to about 65 to 70 percent of your maximum heart rate at least 3 times per week.

Yoga is an almost magical way to burn body fat. Because yoga develops your weak areas it gives you a very complete workout while burning many calories. Yoga also helps you in other areas such as relaxation and flexibility.

Getting the proper amount of rest is important in your quest to burn body fat. In order for your muscles to repair and build they need rest. Rest also keeps you mentally strong and determined to stick with your fat burning plan.

If you follow these 5 tips you will begin to burn body fat. Incorporate any or all of these steps into your plan and you should start to see results.
