Cardio Exercising - Calories are gain by the amount and different types of food you take in daily. To get rid of the fat means to actually burn of more calories then what was taken in by you. Through exercises such as soccer, basketball or even swimming would help in burning away those excessive calories.

Dieting - This does not mean not eating or taking in what is less required by your body. A normal body consumes a combination of protein, carbohydrates, fiber, minerals and vitamins just to function normally. Work out a dietary routine that would include all the nutrients. Example fish, meat, vegetable, fruits.

If your mind is seriously set on getting rid of that extra belly fat or even other fats around your body then you will need to put in a little extra hard work and perseverance. Changing to a healthy diet and getting on with some exercise program is the perfect way to start.
