Akavar 20/50, my own take
by Libby Harison
The Akavar Facts website says it curbs your appetite so you can eat 'all you want' but you really wont want to eat all that much. Another website calls it a 'caloric restrictor' which to me means that it restricts the number of calories your body absorbs. Upon closer examination, I learned that Akavar includes a form of caffeine as an ingredient. Caffeine is often used in appetite suppressants of sorts. Maybe this is because caffeine gives a burst of energy that makes the person feel he or she doesnt need to eat. Instead they feel like they need to get out and move. I read more upon the subject and most of the testimonies talk about eating less because they just feel fuller. They talk about cutting back or eliminating those late night snack attacks and about taking Akavar before they exercise for a boost of energy. This makes me conclude that Akavar works as an appetite suppressant.
I think that any healthy weight loss is good but it should include exercise and eating nutritious food. Therefore I think Akavar 20/50 could be a very good thing to assist in weight loss.
